Coffee cupping, or coffee tasting, is the practice of observing the tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. We roast each bean batch to enhance their flavour profiles. After small batch sampling at different roast levels for each variety, we believe the following beans are best enjoyed when roasted dark.
Nicaraugan (SHGEP) : Chocolate, mild acidity, caramel
Ethiopian (fair trade organic): lemongrass, floral, black tea
Bali Blue Moon (RFA organic): cocoa, butterscotch
