Mexico Decaf

An excellent decaf from Mexico that benefits from the Mountain Water decaffeination process.  Organic beans are immersed in clear, pure water from the highest mountain in Mexico, the Pico de Orizaba. Caffeine is extracted but original quality and flavour are preserved. 

Coffee cupping, or coffee tasting, is the practice of observing the tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. We roast each bean batch to enhance their flavour profiles. After small batch sampling at different roast levels for each variety, we believe the following beans are best enjoyed when roasted medium.
