Wet-hulled & hand sorted this lot proves that not all Sumatras are created equal. A long standing Organic certification supported by women farmers throughout the Aceh region produce this juicy body. 

Coffee cupping, or coffee tasting, is the practice of observing the tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. We roast each bean batch to enhance their flavour profiles. 

Cupping Notes:

A big juicy body with notes of lemon/lime, cacao. A clean cup with pipe tabacco and long finish.
