Yellow Bourbon, Catuai & Catucai varietals. This is a higher elevation Brazil with excellent flavour notes. These farms use a variety of equipment for processing from simple machinery to very modern methods of harvesting, sorting and pulping. The farms all implement African drying beds, green houses and mechanical dryers for consistency and proper drying.
Coffee cupping, or coffee tasting, is the practice of observing the tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. We roast each bean batch to enhance their flavour profiles. After small batch sampling at different roast levels for each variety, we believe the following beans are best enjoyed when roasted medium.
