Zambia Mafinga Hills

The Mafinga Hills in Zambia’s Northern Province are home to the country’s highest peaks, where altitude and ancient volcanic soils help produce this RFA certified coffee.  A natural processed coffee, bringing out very distinctive tropical fruit flavours in the cup.

​This coffee has a complex flavour profile, high crema and great acidity level.  

Cups like:  pleasing winey acidity, juicy body with excellent defined tropical fruit notes of guava, mango and a sweet red grape finish. 

Coffee cupping, or coffee tasting, is the practice of observing the tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. We roast each bean batch to enhance their flavour profiles.
